Uplift Literacy is looking for volunteers! Uplift Literacy offers free programs for children and families in underserved communities to support the development of literacy skills and encourage a love for reading.

Helping children reach their full potential through literacy is a powerful way to give back to the community. Our compassionate volunteers change lives by equipping children from underserved communities with the necessary lifelong literacy skills to thrive.

We welcome volunteers from various professional backgrounds to come together and give the gift of literacy at no cost to families.

Uplift Literacy provides all training and materials needed to become a reading tutor.

We are recruiting dedicated tutor volunteers for the 2022-2023 school year. Join us to eliminate the reading gap and strengthen lives through the power of literacy! We offer both in-person and online volunteer options.
