Here are some of the key programs we worked on last year:
- Program 1: Served over 500 elderly/disabled individuals with housing assistance, assisted living services, and medical supplies. fall prevention programs and wellness program offered weekly for quality of life improvement. assisted the individuals with case management services to connect with resources and benefits available to them in the community. offered covid-19 testing and vaccine, in addition to safety precautions and education.
